Disable Epson Monitor within the Printer Driver

Note: This procedure must be applied to each Epson printer driver in the Windows Control Panel.

1. From the Windows Control Panel, go to Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
   
2. For each Epson printer, right-click and choose Printing preferences.
3. Select the Utility tab and click Speed and Progress.
4. Select Disable EPSON Status Monitor 3.
5. Click OK.
   A warning dialog appears. Click OK.
   The icons for Monitoring Preferences are disabled.
