Damaged, Lost, or Stolen USB key

Your USB key contains license files and prevents unauthorized use and pirating.

The USB key is your proof of purchase.

If your USB key is lost or stolen, a new software package must be purchased.

In case of damage, the USB key must be returned for a replacement. If the product is under warranty, the fee is waived.

Temporary License Files

In case of replacement, Fiery will issue temporary license files.

Storage

It is important to back up your license files.

If your license files are lost and replacement files are needed, the fee is waived if your free support period is active.
