Print Media Manager

To open the Print Media Manager dialog, go to Devices > Print Media Manager or on the Media Setup tab of the Queue Properties dialog, click the ellipsis button () next to the Name drop-down list.

Use the table to configure
Add new print media	Click to create roll, sheet, or template media. Enter the name, size, and margins, then click Create.
Remove print media
Create copy of selected print media	Create a copy of the selected media and enter a name.
Modify selected print media	Opens the Template Setup or Media Setup dialog (see Template Setup dialog). In the Media Setup dialog: Enter a name, size, and margins. Note: You can not modify a template that is in use.
Create print media package
Import print media package
Show media for	Use the drop-down list to select the output device.
Search	Enter terms in the text field. To reset the search, click Clear.
Show media types	Select the media types to show: sheet, roll, or template.
