Auto Layout
Go to Layout > Auto Layout. Auto Layout enables you to create evenly spaced text in rows and columns.

Text Edit: With a cell selected (manually, or using the line number and cell number fields immediately to the right), enter text.
Open File, Save File, Save File As: Click to open a file, save the current file, or save the current file as a chosen name.
Plate Parameters: Click to open the Plate Dimensions dialog. Enter the number of lines (cells) and the width and height of the plate.
Advanced: Click to open the Advanced dialog. Set the plate margins by width or units. Select Formula to set the line offset and a multiplier. In the Compression mode section, select Equal Height Lines (to compress lines of equal height), All Lines Equally (to compress all lines as a group), or Lines individually (to compress all lines individually), and enable characters to also be compressed.
Left Justify, Center Justify, Right Justify: Click an option to justify text.
Insert A Line, Delete Current Line: Click to insert a line before or after, or to delete the selected line.
Insert A Cell, Delete Current Cell: Click to insert a cell before or after, or to delete the selected cell.
% Line Spacing: Enter line spacing by percentage.
Absolute Line Spacing: Displays absolute line spacing.
Relative Line Height: Enter relative line height.
Absolute Line Height: Enter absolute line height.
% Cell Spacing: Enter cell spacing percentage.
% Kerning: Enter kerning percentage.
