Click My Account to edit your information.

Subscribe

  1. In the Your subscriptions tab, click Add new subscription.
  2. Select the product.
  3. Select the package,
  4. Select the quantity.
  5. Click Add to cart.
  6. Klicken Sie auf Weiter.
  7. Enter your payment details.
  8. [Optional] Enter promo code and click Apply.
  9. Click Subscribe.

View details

  1. Click the Details icon.
  2. To close the window, click the x.

Edit your info

  1. In the About you tab, click Edit your info.
  2. Update your name and email.
  3. Click Submit.

Change your password

  1. In the About you tab, click Change your password.
  2. Enter a new password that follows the password rules.
  3. Click Submit.

Add new contact

  1. In the Your users tab, click Add new contact.
  2. Enter their name and email.
  3. [Optional] Set the contact as the Account Administrator.
  4. Click Submit.

Reset password

  1. Click the Reset Password icon.

Edit contact

  1. Click the Edit icon.
  2. Update the contact and click Submit.

Download installs and license files

  1. In the Your downloads tab, click to download the install (includes license files) or the license files.

Edit billing information

  1. In the Your billing information tab, click Edit billing information.
  2. Update your information and click Submit.
