Print Mode Manager
To edit print modes, use the Print Mode Manager dialog. Go to Devices > Manage Print Modes.
A print mode is a configurable printing style based on a device, the ink, media, manufacturer, and resolution. For best quality,

Delete print mode | Delete selected print mode. |
Copy print mode | Copy selected print mode and enter a name. |
Rename print mode | Rename selected print mode. |
Edit print mode | Edit selected print mode. The print mode's Default Properties dialog appears. In the Criteria tab, select the ink set, category, media manufacturer, and media description. Expand the Color Layer section to edit further (see Queue Properties). |

To import print modes from a different driver, select a .pmz file. Note: To use imported print modes, you must have all of the same printer options. |
Sync print modes |
Click to sync print modes to the printer. For the HP Latex series, connect via TCP/IP and print modes sync automatically. If you change a print mode on the machine, click Sync Print Modes. |
Delete print modes and re-sync | Click to delete print modes and then sync to the printer. |
Upload print modes | Click to upload a print mode from the printer. |
Set an output profile to selected print mode | Select a print mode, then set the output profile. |

Show all |
Click to show all print modes for the selected device. Note: This button is only available during search. |
