Application Crash
If the queue is crashing intermittently while idle or during job output, check that all Windows Updates and Microsoft .NET Framework (3.5.1 to 4.7.2) are installed.
To make sure you get updates, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Advanced Options and enable Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows.
Check that the Microsoft C++ Redistributables have been properly installed. In Apps & Features, you can remove them and install all using the vcredist.exe files.
To check for conflicts, try temporarily disabling security applications.
