Use the table to configure
New
Open	Select Combine Open Vectors to combine objects that are open, have same attributes, in same group, or sequential. To check ICC profiles, go to Options > Setup > System Preferences > Color Management. To Rasterize or not to Rasterize Importing a PDF or EPS file
Zoom Open	Open a file.
Save
Save As
Save Embedded File	Save a file placed into the working file that was not created in the file.

Link	Import linked image as a low resolution preview of the design file. When the image is edited outside of the application, the linked image is updated. Set the DPI and click Rasterize. Note: To add to an existing file, select Merge.
Export	When exporting, use Customize in the Export File dialog to set parameter specifications, including scale, resolution, error tolerance, and the use of arcs.
Export Image	Export an image as .bmp, .jpg, .pcx, .png, .tif.
Publish to PDF	Publish a file to PDF after configuring quality, security, export preferences, and margins.
Publish Cut PDF	Publishes a vector based PDF including registration mark and contour cut data. This option is only available when a contour cut object is located within the drawing area. (See Publish Cut PDF for addition info).
Acquire Image	Note: Scanners must have a 64-bit TWAIN file to scan in 64-bit (see Tech Notes). Acquire: Acquire an image from a scanner or camera. Select Source: Select your acquisition source. Acquire Vector: Acquire a vector from a scanner or camera. Scan and Trace Wizard: Opens the Wizard to acquire an image from the scanner.
Color Swatches	Select your color swatch type.
Spot Swatches	Select your spot color swatch type.
Job/Cost Notes	Opens Job Notes Summary dialog to record details about the job, such as company, order number, materials, etc.
Job/Cost Notes Search	Opens Search Job Notes dialog to search for previously logged job notes.
Print
Print and Cut	Opens Print and Cut dialog to set the output path and set up options, including whether to output selected objects only. Click Setup to configure your job preferences. Print with Underbase	Opens Print with Underbase dialog to set the output path and set up options. Click Setup to configure your job preferences, including whether to output selected objects only. To send the job as a PDF, select Send as PDF.

Control Panel
Find File	Opens Find File dialog. Search by name and location or date modified.
