Settings Tab
The Settings tab contains configuration settings for the selected device. Options vary by device and by queue.

| Choose color |
Select a substrate color using the sliders. Select from RGB or CMYK. Note: The next imported job displays the color change. |
| Change image | Set a queue image (useful for setting up and easily identifying a recurring output). |
| Remove image | Remove the queue image. |
| Image tooltip | Enter a tooltip for the queue image. |
| Create print mode | Create a print mode based on the current settings. |

| Hot Folders | |
| Enable queue hot folder |
A hot folder is a specific directory the queue monitors for new design files. When files are added to the hot folder, they are automatically detected and added to the queue as print jobs. Browse for a folder to send jobs, and select Delete file after processed by queue if desired. Note: To edit this location, click the ellipsis button on the right. |
| Enable template hot folders |
Browse and create an empty folder, and select Delete file after processed by queue if desired. Select Match jobs on template by file name to group the jobs on the same template. Sending to a Hot Folder from a Mac |
| Type | Select a media type from the drop-down list. |
| Name |
Select media from the drop-down list. Use the ( Note: If you select <Add New Media>, the Template Setup dialog is launched (see Template Setup dialog). Depending on the media, you may see the Media Setup dialog or the Template Setup dialog. If the Media Setup dialog appears:

| Margins | |
| Cutter page size | Select to limit the media to the maximum cutter dimensions, use the arrows to set the cutter page width and height, and click From driver to get the page size from the driver (the change is automatically applied). |
| Cut template slots using process | Select to enable, then use the drop-down list to select a process, and click Create new cut process to launch the Cut Process Management dialog. Select a cutter, enter notes, select the process, enter notes, save, and delete. Select the check box next to each option to enable it and configure the settings. Click Save and then Close. |
| Camera |
To add a camera, select it from the drop-down list or click the Plus symbol to add a new camera. Note: When a camera is added, the Preview quality is changed to Very high. To edit this, go to Tools > Options, select the Preview Options tab, and choose the Preview quality. When using a camera, this setting is recommended for calibration accuracy. To remove a camera, select None from the drop-down list or click the Minus symbol to delete the camera completely (from every queue). |

| Layout Mode | Use the drop-down to select Manual (add new jobs without conserving media), Auto Page (add a page break as each job is received), or Auto Nest (automatically reposition jobs to conserve media). |
| Remove White Space from Bottom | Toggle to remove white space from the bottom of imported jobs. |
| Remove White Space from Right | Toggle to remove white space from the right side of imported jobs. |
| Close Page when length is reached (Auto Nest only) | |

| Allow Job Rotation when Block Nesting | Toggle to enable rotation of jobs for automatic best fit while nesting. |
| Allow Marks to Rotate with Job | Enable to allow print marks to rotate with imported jobs. |
| Space Between Jobs | Manually adjust the space between imported jobs. The unit of measurement is determined by the selected option in Tools > Options. |
| Space Between Copies | Manually adjust the space between each copy of a single job. The unit of measurement is determined by the selected option in Tools > Options. |
| Group Jobs by Substrate (Auto Nest only) | When enabled, jobs using the same substrate will automatically be placed into a job group together. |

| Layout jobs right to left | When enabled, fills jobs into the media from right to left. Note: Only applicable to roll media. |
| Rotate jobs on import | Enable to rotate jobs upon import. Use the dropdown menu to select the rotation applied to jobs. |

| Crop job to cut bounds if cut data exists | When enabled, any imported job with cut data will automatically be cropped down to the cut bounds, saving media by eliminating extra space beyond the cut bounds. |

| On Job Import |
Select one of the following:

| Close page on import | When enabled, the page automatically closes upon importing jobs. |
| Scheduling Options | |
| Auto schedule output options | Use the drop-down list for print, cut, and print and cut jobs to schedule output for closed jobs/pages. |
| Printer Status | |
| You can schedule device maintenance. Note: Not available for all devices. |

| Enable job reserve | |
| Save spool file on job reserve | |
| Auto clean reserve | Select to automatically clean the job reserve, and use the arrows to configure the date interval. |
| Delete reserved spool files | |
| Enable print labels |
Select annotations to print alongside production markup. |
| Per job / copy dropdown menu | Choose if the print labels apply to to all individual copies, or per job (a copy group for example would only get one set of print labels on per job). |
| Offset | Offsets the label by the specified amount from the base placement position. See Labels Position below to determine the base placement. |
| Enable Attribute Labels | Enable to add job-related information to the print labels. Use the checkboxes under this toggle to choose which job information is included. |
| Label Positions | Determines where print labels are placed on the page. All 4 sides are viable options, and multiple sides can be enabled at once. |
| Job Notes | Toggle on the include job notes in the print label(s). |
| Notes Position | Determines if the label is placed on the top or bottom of the page. |
| Print Length Marks | Toggle the option to add marks to jobs at certain print length intervals. These print length marks are limited to a per job basis. For print length marks for longer jobs, use the option in Production Markup. This provides physical information of how far a print has gone in the event of an interruption. |
| Spacing Between Marks | Adjust the space between Print Length Marks to the desired interval. |
| Add Barcode | Enable to add a barcode to the job. |
| Remove Any File Extensions | Enable to remove the file type extension from a barcode label. As an example, a label of Image.png would simply be labeled Image instead |
| Barcode Type | Select the type of barcode; standard or QR. |
| Barcode Position | Determines if the barcode is placed on the top or bottom of the page. Adjust to the left, middle, or right using the appropriate option in the dropdown menu. |
| Barcode Width Minimum | Set a minimum width for the barcode. This will prevent the barcode from being unreadable due to downscaling. |
| Barcode Size | Adjust the base size of the barcode; small, medium, or large. |
| Do not apply processing options | Prevents any white underbase generation underneath the print labels. |
| Confidence Strip | |
| Enable Strip checkboxes |
Toggle on to enable the confidence strip on the specified side:

| Full Width | Sets the confidence strip to the full possible width. Only applicable to the top confidence strip. |
| Lead In | Enable Add Lead In to add a lead in to the confidence strip. Adjust the lead in dimension using the box to the right. |
| X Offset | Set an X offset. |
| Do not apply processing options | Toggle on to disable white underbase generation. |
| Production Markup | |
| Select system |
Select a production markup system for output to ensure proper alignment. Note: If Saga/Secabo cutter selected, stop the Cut Spooler before proceeding. There are three modes:

Set the markup application per job or per page. Note: Not applicable to weed border marks. |
| Select mark color | Set a color by clicking Choose color. |

Set width, height, stroke, offset, type, thickness, number of marks, distance, etc. When finished, click OK unless adding multiple systems. Note: If Saga cutter selected, margins must be equal for reverse barcode. Adjust in this tab. |
| Cut path shift X, Y |
Shift cut path on X or Y axis. Note: If top left is aligned, shift not required. |
| Cut path stretch X, Y |
Stretch cut path on X or Y axis. Note: If bottom right is aligned, stretch not required. |
| Reset mark detection origin | Click to reset origin and dialog. On auto-trigger, set origin. |

Select to add start and end marks, and to cut from the end of the roll, as well as the offset. Note: For cutter, offset is based off the marks (cut offset from the calculated cut). |

Add a markup system based on selected values. Note: Only applicable if multiple systems are added. Click Add markup system when adding a second markup system. |
| Add multiple systems |
Select to enable multiple production markup systems. When this is enabled, a list with controls appears on the right above the preview. Note: If you have added multiple markup systems, select them to make changes. |
| Enable barcode for Find Job |
Select to enable the barcode for Find Job (see Finding Jobs). Select to print top and bottom barcodes and the position. |
| Do not apply processing options to Markup Systems | Select when processing options interfere with markup colors. |
| Add white underbase | Select to add and set value. |
| Use the following path | Set a location to save PDFs. |
