Compass, Fiery LLC's user guide, is context-sensitive when launched from a Fiery LLC application. When Compass is open, the help articles refresh automatically as you move through the workspace.
Use the search bar to find articles, or navigate using the menu at the top.

Updating Compass in the Application

When online, the most recent version is shown. When offline, to update, find an Internet connection and manually update (Help > Check for updates).

To clear the cache for Compass, open Internet Explorer and click the Settings icon > Safety > Delete Browsing History.

Accessing Compass

  • In the application:
    • Click the Compass button.
    • Go to Help > Launch Compass on Startup.
  • Online:
    • Go to and click Learn & Support, select your product, then click Launch Compass.

Recommended: Windows 10/11, CPU 17 quad core, 16 GB memory, hard drive 1TB, 1600 x 900 resolution

Note: If you are experiencing issues, we recommend disabling anti-virus ONLY during install.
